In the Desktop Client, click Find > Administration > Email Definitions.

Right-click on of the following email definitions, and click Update.

Modify the syntax in the Email subject text box if necessary.
SmartCollaboration – {{Type}} – {{COUNTOVERDUE}} Overdue | {{COUNTCOMINGDUE}} Coming Due | {{COUNTNORMAL}} Normal.
All the counts will be replaced with respective results when the email is sent.

Modify the HTML code in the Email body text box, if necessary.

Select the scheduler task in the Notify user schedule task box.
