To extract data from large volume of documents in a single attempt, complete the following
steps:

In the Data Capture feature set, select Create Content Discovery Task.

Type the required information in the Main details section.

Select FINISH to process the documents using a content discovery job.
You can set one or more of the following filters in the Master content discovery task details section to process the documents that match the selected criteria:

Filter for document status : To filter the documents based on selected status.
What are the different document statuses applicable?
The following table shows the different Data Capture document indicated status and description.

and reached the end without any errors.

Document Data Extraction Failed

A failure occurred during the Extract Data workflow step of the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF
workflow.
This status is displayed when the failure occurs after processing the documents.

Document Content Extraction Failed
|
A failure occurred during the Extract Content workflow step of the SPFNContentDiscoveryWF
workflow. In this case, in addition to this status, an error message is displayed.
This status is also displayed when the same failure occurs after processing the documents.

Document Relationships Creation Failed
|
A failure occured during the CreateRelationships workflow step.
|

Filter for document name : To filter the documents based on the given document name.

Start time : Schedule the content discovery task to process at the given date or time.
