Roles are related to a set of access groups with domains and owning groups optionally configured on these relationships, so your users can access data on your system. You can assign different roles to each access group.

Search for the access group, and select Actions
> Manage Roles.

Search and locate the roles to assign to the access group in the left Library pane.

Select Relate selected items
to relate the selected role to the access group.
You can also drag a role to the right Related Items pane to relate it to the access group.

At least one domain must be configured on the role or access group relationships; otherwise, the user cannot access any domain information.
