Problem
An error occurs when you use web client to extract content from documents to which 3D models .zvf and .mdb2 files are attached. The software displays the following error:

Solution
The error occurs because Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.Provider.12.0 provider fails to connect to the Microsoft Access database engine installed on the HxGN SDx application server. In order to avoid this error, we recommend you to:

Install Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (64-bit) instead of (32-bit) version on the HxGN SDx application server.
