Allows you to view or modify workpack data for the deliverable you are registering. This tab is accessible from the Register for Progress dialog box and the Update Progress dialog box.
Plan start - Specifies the planned start date of the workpack.
Plan end - Specifies the planned end date of the workpack.
Float start - Indicates the date by which the plan must be started, including any available buffer or slip time.
Float end - Indicates the date by which the plan must be ended, including any available buffer or slip time.
Construction start - Indicates the date on which construction is scheduled to begin.
Construction end - Indicates the date by which construction should be complete.
Downstream forecasting - Specifies whether the document will use the downstream forecasting feature. This functionality uses specified dates and time strings to calculate when each step is scheduled to be completed.
Calculation override - Indicates whether the users are allowed to manually override the calculated progress value for an individual step.
Reason for Override - Enter the reason for override. This option is only available in replan mode.
Show color keys - Displays a key of the colors used on the grid to indicate step statuses, such as Overdue, Pending, and so forth.
Step Name - For all of the steps associated with the applicable workpack, this table displays the name defined for each step.
Step Description - Provides a description for each step in the workpack.
Plan Date - Specifies the planned date for each step.
Actual Date - Displays, when applicable, the actual date on which a step was completed.
Forecast Date - Specifies the date on which a step is forecasted to be completed. The value displayed here is calculated using the last available Actual date and the selected time string.
Replan Date - Displays the replan date specified for each step.
Progress - Indicates the level of completion of each step defined for the workpack.
Step Status - Displays the status of each step associated with the workpack.
The following options are only available when you are registering a deliverable for
progress.
Timestrings - Displays a list of all the defined time strings that are available to be used to calculate forecasted dates. Select a time string from the list and click Apply to use that time string to complete the table.
View - Opens a window where you can view the details of the selected time string.
New - Opens the Timestring dialog box where you can create a new time string.
Delete - Removes the selected time string from the list, provided it is not used by any other deliverable.
Apply - Uses the selected time string to calculate the information in the table.
