The Purge superseded versions command allows you to purge all superseded versions for a document. This command is available when you right-click a document or during signoff (or signoff with form) controlled via a method parameter on signoff methods.
You can perform this command on a document revision or a document master. When performed
on a document master, it purges the superseded versions of all the revisions. When
performed on a document revision, it purges all the superseded versions of that specific
revision.

Right-click the document for which you want to purge all superseded versions in the tree or list view and select Document > Purge Superseded Versions.
