The line list record exposes the following properties:
SPFLLADelayConsolidation - Indicates if the line list record should be excluded from any consolidation for the line list. The default value of this property is True.
SPFLLAExcludeFromLineList - Indicates if a record should be excluded from the line list and the publishable line list document snapshot.
