The Print Contents and Print Window commands send a copy of the active window to the local default printer or plotter. You must install a printer or plotter on the local computer and set it as the default printing device before you use this command. For help on installing a printer or plotter, see the Windows Help.
The Print Contents command prints all the columns in the window, even the columns you have to scroll to see. In contrast, the Print Window command prints only the columns you can see in the window, not all the columns.
The Print Contents and Print Window commands are available on the File menu.

Click in the list view window that you want to print.

Click File > Print Contents.
