Filter To Do List Tasks - Intergraph Smart Instrumentation - Help

This procedure enables you to filter the To Do List values from the Document List, Document Type, or Inactive Tasks tabs (Flat or Task view only). For example, you may want to filter by tag number or by source document.

1. Click SmartPlant > To Do List.

2. Select a Document Type tab.

3. In the Task or Flat View, select in a column header, for example to filter by source documents, select in the Source Documents column header.

4. In the Filter dialog, select the criteria you want to use in your filter.

   You can create a simple filter by just selecting a check box for the required parameter, or you can create a more complex filter using the filter conditions.

5. Select Filter to activate the filter.

   

   • To cancel the filter, open the Filter dialog and select Clear.

   • Select outside the Filter dialog to close.
