In the Specifications module, you use this dialog to select a form for a specification, or a form that you want to include in a report. In the Form Editor, you use this dialog to select a form that you want to open for editing in the Form Editor.

In the Document Binder module, you use this dialog to designate a form for which you want to create a form note template.

Existing forms

This pane displays all spec forms that exist in Smart Instrumentation. By default, spec forms in the pane are sorted according to form number in ascending order. It is possible to sort forms by double-clicking one of the following column headers: Form Name, Multiple Tags Available, Custom, or Notes. Double-selecting a column header sorts the forms in ascending order. Double-selecting a column header again sorts the forms in descending order.
